With a bunch of people donating 1$ each month or something like that, I think it would help you quite good ^^

Kek. He would get banned within days because they don't allow making money with pirated or unlicensed content. Sites like Paypal don't work either because they don't allow paying for porn sites.

I'll send $200 sometime later this week, takes a bit of time to fully process.

donations can only do so little, one day you can be getting a lot of donations and the next day none would be donated. I suggest you using AD's to fund the page. Tho if you do add AD's on this site make sure they aren't big and intrusive, no pop-ups, malware, virus and such and avoid annoying Ad's. A lot of hentai doujinshi sites are running on Ad's even when the creator of the site leaves it running for a while .... cough cough purin. But even with AD's there are people like me who have ad block, so maybe go with both dontaions and AD's.

The different ad networks that we have attempted to use refuse to deal with us. They demand that they delete a majority of the content that we are hosting. We can't continue with that option.

The worst case scenario is I will offer some newer features specifically only to donators. But, I am trying to avoid limiting what free users receive.

^ A couple hundred every month. It's preferred not to tell where everything is hosted. Parts of the service are hosted in different servers @ different locations.

About how long do you think you can keep Tsumino running at the current trajectory? if you run out of money and are forced to close the site, what will happen to the hosted content, especially any that's not known to be hosted elsewhere?

The point of this thread to help prevent this kind of issue O_O
Let's not worry and assume that something bad will happen.

Ah I see, it's kinda fucked then. Have you considered removing the captcha for donators? Just a suggestion though. I personally wouldn't mind, but I'm not sure if others wouldn't like it.

I asked about the hosting because you may have cheaper alternatives at your disposal, but I understand not disclosing that.

Either way I'm ok with donating some, so I'll take a look at the bitcoins later. Also, if you ever need an extra developer to help at various odd jobs, drop me a message.

I'd like to second the Patreon post, that would be the most convenient method for you to get donations, also the most consistent.
